FAQs
Booking with SilverLeaf Stays is easy. You can make a reservation through our website by selecting your destination, preferred dates, and the number of guests. Our secure booking system will guide you through the process step by step. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact our friendly customer support team.
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation, subject to our cancellation policy and availability. We recommend reviewing our booking terms and conditions for detailed information. For any changes or cancellations, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
We are pet lovers ourselves and understand that pets are often an important part of a family. This is why we try to provide pet-friendly accommodation where possible.
Unfortunately, some of our properties are not suitable for pets, so it does depend on the house and the pet. If you wish to bring your beloved pet to one of our properties, please contact one of the team before booking your stay. Please note that there is also an additional pet fee to be paid as per our terms and conditions.

When booking directly with Silverleaf Stays, via phone, email or through the direct booking website. The cancellation policy is as follows:
- If the booking is less than 5 days long, you can cancel 5 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
- If the booking is between 5 and 14 days long, you can cancel 7 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
- If the booking is for 14 days or more, you can cancel 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking with us, you will receive a full refund.
- With all cancellations, a small refund processing fee may be charged.
If you booked via an online travel agent (Airbnb, Booking.com etc.), your cancellation policy may be different.
Yes we do, this deposit is fully refundable after check-out subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The deposit is the same for all properties and is a standard fee of £200 no matter the length of the stay.
This is taken as a pre-authorisation (not a payment) on your credit or debit card. This is released on your departure day or the following day after the cleaning inspection has occurred. Sometimes the deposit can take a few days to be returned, this all depends on Stripe which is our payment processor and your bank.
Of course, you may be local to our properties but in need of somewhere to stay to break the chain in a house sale, or insurance/building work going on in your own home. Just book online or reach out to us and we’ll be more than happy to quote for longer stays.
All of our properties are self-catering accommodation, however we do provide the following as standard across all of our properties:
- Some tea and coffee so you can make drinks upon arrival.
- Toiletries – hair and body wash, conditioner and hand soap.
- A bath sheet per person, bath mat and hand towel in the bathrooms.
- Hotel quality linen.
- All of our properties have a hairdryer and ironing facilities.
We provide cleaning before and after stays and for longer term stays we clean the property once a week. Additional cleaning can be organised so please get in contact with one of our team to arrange, fees will apply.
Yes! The majority of our long term guests tend to be business clients or families relocating however, whether you’re travelling for business or leisure we offer 12% off for stays longer than 7 nights and 25% off for stays longer than 28 nights.

Check-in at all our properties is from 3pm onwards and check-out is any time before 10am. If you require an extension to your stay for a few hours or days/weeks then please get in contact with us to let us know at your earliest convenience.
